Blogging, that is. I've never blogged about anything before. So I figured "what more interesting topic to cover than the food served in my college dining hall?" I'm still not sure how I landed on that singularly exciting subject, but I think it had something to do with one of this weekend's "menu offerings":
Friday Lunch: Popcorn Chicken
Friday Dinner: A concoction that seemed to involve leftover popcorn chicken, ham, peas and some other stuff. There was also pasta with pesto and tofu.
Saturday Lunch: The unholy union of leftover (leftover) popcorn chicken, ham, peas and other stuff, with leftover pasta and pesto and tofu.
Saturday Dinner: Naturally, leftover leftover leftover popcorn chicken, ham, peas, pasta, pesto and other stuff.
Essentially, then, I'm using pig slop as inspiration for this blog. I hope something fun comes of it.
